About Me: I am a mental health counselor with a passion for helping teens and young adults explore their interests and goals, while overcoming challenges and realizing joy. I’ve worked in a variety of settings including a Jewish non-profit organization, an in-patient mental health hospital, and public schools. When I am not working, I love spending time with my family, taking my dog out for long walks, running, strength training, taking road trips, or reading. I’m honored to be part of the BaMidbar team, and I’m excited to share my enthusiasm for mental and physical wellbeing, as well as Jewish identity, culture, and community.
