Zoom Fatigue and Online Facilitation with Jewish Farmer Network

Zoom Fatigue and Online Facilitation with Jewish Farmer Network

Dates: January 14, 2021
Location: Virtual

Course Details

This program will provide an introduction to online facilitation and zoom fatigue with an eye towards wellness-based and experiential facilitation. Participating presenters will walk away with a theoretical foundation and concrete tools to apply to their conference sessions with Jewish Farmer Network and beyond.

Program Learning Goals:

KNOW: Participants will be able to define zoom fatigue and where it comes from, and understand how we can use that information to facilitate intelligently and intentionally to minimize its impact.

DO: Participants will explore the challenges of the zoom environment and brainstorm ways to manipulate it to help them achieve their goals rather than detract from them.

FEEL: Participants will feel excited to get creative about implementing new ways to engage their audience and minimize zoom fatigue, and feel more confident in their ability to deliver smooth, quality online programming.
